Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Products showing damage, alteration, odor, or signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If you experience a fit issue with a custom item, please contact us. While returns are not accepted, we will work with you to fully resolve any issue.

Return authorization is required. Please contact us at leatheracci@leatheracci.com to request a return label. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
