THE ROLLING STONES

THE ROLLING STONES

Leatheracci’s relationship with The Rolling Stones cemented its place in rock mythology. Keith Richards’ leather pants and Ronnie Wood’s patterned stagewear were crafted in Durham’s downtown workshop, where music and fashion collided nightly.

The Stones didn’t need costumes; they needed clothes that could survive the tour and tell stories of their own.

Each piece bore the hallmarks of early Leatheracci design: heavy-gauge stitching, nailhead detailing, zero compromise. The attitude was mutual, British swagger met New York precision.

Decades later, their photos still define what it means to look like rock ’n’ roll.
